5 days a week, 9 hours a day with 1 hour unpaid break which seems very fair. Communication in the company near perfect and everyone treats each other as family. They teach you so much more than is in the job discription and they have a fast amount of patience with everyone. Super friendly work environment where everyone takes care of each other. Not a bad place to work regarding the peopele you work with.

They expanded the brand they work with whuch resulted in a very high amount of mails, chats and calls while there were only 4 or 5 agents doing the customer care. The workload was WAY to much at some point and they did not hire more people. In the 1st interview they stated a salary increasy to $1000 after the 1st 6 months which never came. They came up with this "model" to help improve the company which will result in an anual bonus and then the discusions for a salary increase will be held, which seems unfair looking at the amount of work I was doing. It was exhausting
