Employee experience and communication require improvement. At times, processes, policies or benefits appear to be fulfilled from a procedural perspective, but the communication and support provided to employees feel more like a formality rather than a genuine effort to make employees feel informed and valued.

1) Fixed working hours, No overtime

1) No flexible arrangement, company is too strict on reporting times with 0 leeway 2) Incompetent seniors and lack of proper assessment for promotion to Managers 3) Micromanaging 4) Biasness at work - i.e selecting certain workload which are easier, and pushing the harder workload to others 5) Very very toxic environment, non-professional 6) Drama 7) No proper procedures 8) Toxic culture of spamming you on your off days and even the weekends for non-work related matters 9) Lack of chemistry between teams
