Line workers, some of the hardest working people

Bullying by management, raising issues gets you disciplined, being off sick gets you disciplined, high expectations of work out come with minimal tools to do the job, electric tools held together with duct tape just to work, heavy lifting in suspension no training or assistance, take off for injury and you get absence disciplinary.
