Leaders in offshore centres are seldom able to put forth the grievances of their teams to the management, which largely sits out of onshore locations. Instead, the focus is often on stirring the pot with petty office politics and wanton displays of favouritism. The company might be a favoured recruiter for onshore roles, but offshore centres leave a lot to be desired.
