You will do support for sales reps. No direct client communication, however they told me that I will be in contact with institutional and corporate clients directly in contact. You will have to do what sales reps say and do the paperwork on their behalf. So no new knowledge you will get during your employment. Just work non-stop. You need to be available 24/7 when they are texting you via teams. No centralised knowledge base. Be careful of toxic manager there. That person won’t help you in anything although manager will mention all the time that “I am ready to help anytime” but this particular “manager”will abuse you, humiliate you in front of everyone when you ask question. Be careful when you considering to apply to sales analyst position
