Our hybrid way of working allows employees and managers to make decisions about where when and how they work that is best for our clients, MSCI and the role that they are in. This flexibility means some may work in the office one day a week, while others may be there four days a week. Managers regularly review these arrangements to ensure they align with business priorities and individual goals.
