The management team is stagnant and unwilling to change, grow and adapt. They allow toxic managers to hold teams back because change is hard. They create policies and programs to make employees "feel" that they are being supported and advanced while not actually doing that. There is no growth. I took a toxic manager quiz and my manager ticked off every single box. I made my reasons for leaving known. A former coworker told me the culture changed. When I applied for an opening, I was contacted by a VP who told me they hadn't changed that much.
