Poor, underpaid salary. Do not expect improved salary for good performance. Incompetent managers who get mad at over the pettiest things. Management is monitoring EVERYTHING you do. Daily. One of the HR does not care about the employees at all and will sabotage and screw you over. No boundaries, will have you working well until after 10 pm if they can. Sometimes will ask you to work on Sundays even if you're off duty. Executives only care about personal image and not quality of content.
