Fun coworkers, relaxed environment. Great location. Interesting clients. It used to be a great place to work.

Very poor management. This is basically a family owned company so there is little room for advancement. Long work hours with little respect for employees.

Location is good - with lots of parking A few people who actually work hard and care about helping you

Unfortunately my time here has been the worst experience of my professional career. My team's supervisor was disrespectful, unprofessional and plain out mean specifically to me. I was under appreciated, under-valued, un-noticed and treated as replaceable, solely from this one person. This was also noted from a couple of other employees whom occasionally overheard conversations between my superior and I and noted that there was a clear difference in the way I was spoken (down) to apart from anyone else. In all my work experiences, I have never had any issues with any colleague on any level or had to ever question my own competence. Questions were never welcomed and suggestions on improvement were shot down immediately.This environment was very hostile and damaging. HR is not in NY Small Company - Lack of structure No training - self taught Zero room for growth
