Toxic and Unsafe - Recensione dipendente - Junior Accountant presso MSoft eSolutions

Had control over my own workload with no one breathing down my neck. Learned a lot of valuable skills liaising with different senior members within the NHS. Learned about building rapport and long term sales as opposed to the short quick selling background I came from. Lots of support along the way.

None that I can think of

There are no pros working for this company. I wish I had listened in the interview and realised how much trouble the company was in. The only pro to being apart of this business is they are flexible when it comes to work life balance / appointments etc.

- Bad management and was never was online. - No training provided - Old equipment provided - No motivation from anyone especially managers - No communication - Would speak to customers like rubbish and nothing was ever our fault always the customers The list is endless. I wish I had done my research on this company as it’s the worst mistake I have ever made. The staff turnover here is out of control, that even the customers are now complaining about it. Avoid this company at all costs. The amount of people who have been in my position and in this role is unreal.
