I've been in IT sales for over 25 years. MTI is a breath of fresh air. Focused Sales Strategy and inspiring team and Management. I feel like I am supported and have engagement at all levels of the company to CEO. Strong technical capability and a portfolio that gives me the opportunity to transform my clients. No company is perfect but so far I have yet to find any real issues. When a challenge arises the team rally round to resolve. Genuinely can see me working at MTI for some time and growing with the company.

I can't really think of anything to be negative. There are always some internal process challenges but these are tiny in comparison to previous roles and they are resolved with good comms and team work.
