Good vacation time, benefits are ok,

No advancement opportunity, pay was average, management has no idea what there doing and don't listen to employee's with skill

Good work/life balance initiatives, highly safety oriented, parent company has good structures for management systems when adopted.

Senior leaders do not delegate trust to reports, very aggressive salary banding strategy to reduce costs and devalue job roles as a negative retention policy, bleeding expertise and experience in employee turnover due to poor culture. Toothless HR and short sighted, impulsive planning bring stress to many.
