We understand your frustration with the slow internet connection in the Huntsville office. According to our IT team, the Huntsville office has been unable to cost effectively increase internet speed for a few reasons, including the lack of alternative providers in the fairly new office park location and existing commercial service contracts with our provider. Improvements made by our IT team designed to improve speed have been offset by increasing numbers of employees using the internet.
On the upside, this growth has also led to the need to expand the Huntsville office. After the expansion, improved access will allow increased speeds. Our IT team estimates that the Huntsville office's bandwidth will be quadrupled by February.
Hopefully, this will help alleviate much of the issue.
