      Toxic environment Upper management talks about everyone being their backs and micromanages Revolving door for employees and clients. I saw 1 client leave and 6 people quit (including myself) in 4 weeks) No work life balance Workload is unmanageable

      The agency has really amazing clients

      - Lack of internal structure more time spent handling internal issues than client work -No one was trusted to do simple tasks without management approval - No upper management and CEO was not involved in the company day to day - Agency has a poor reputation within the industry because of poor results - It seems like the CEO does not want to get results for her clients but would rather spend her time verbally abusing her junior staff - Lots of employee turnover - Clients are unhappy due to previous record of poor results and lack of communication from the agency
