No pros noticed while employed

Employee turnaround is endless so absolutely no job security. Toxic upper management. Micro management is out of control. Absolutely no desire on cultivating a strong internal team, every person for themselves mentality. Has a VERY bad reputation within the industry. Everything is blamed on staff, upper management and founder take no responsibility or seem to have any self reflection on why no one wants to work with them on a long term basis. Clients also seem to be constantly revolving, no loyalty.

The agency has really amazing clients

- Lack of internal structure more time spent handling internal issues than client work -No one was trusted to do simple tasks without management approval - No upper management and CEO was not involved in the company day to day - Agency has a poor reputation within the industry because of poor results - It seems like the CEO does not want to get results for her clients but would rather spend her time verbally abusing her junior staff - Lots of employee turnover - Clients are unhappy due to previous record of poor results and lack of communication from the agency
