If you're a female or person of color, don't bother. This is a top heavy company with many, many white middle aged white male Vice Presidents. When I left, there was one female VP and no VPs of color. That woman was chased out eventually. Any female who has tried to make her way up the leadership ladder, has inevitably gotten the shaft. The C-suite and VPs make a ton of money, while the employees who actually do the work are not treated or compensated fairly. If you're a white, good ole boy, this is the place for you.
