Good environment, good people, great place to work

Agency life can be a little crazy sometimes.

I think most teams feel lucky in their teams. The people I've worked with are truly some of the most intelligent, collaborative, and caring individuals.

Leadership—A completely different story. So much effort is put into making things look appealing. That other review that mentioned the founder coming in out of no where and doing 3 rounds of layoffs even though we were GUARANTEED we'd be okay through EOY, every detail is 100% accurate. All of our best people left in 2025. I honestly don't know how they have anyone left. The leadership acts like the staff is a bunch of easily manipulated idiots but everyone can see through the pony shows they put on to pretend things are going well. I've never seen a lower workplace morale. Everyone left has to just be cashing in their paychecks until they find something better.
