Diverse staff. Management gives everyone an opportunity to do well-regardless of background. A strong pay plan for those who excel at sales. Training is ongoing-if you follow the structure and can bring in customers, it is possible to do well here. Managers will assist with closing as long as time allows.

Very little lead generation. If you do as you are trained-make lots of phone calls or emails, you will miss the walk in traffic. After a few days you will see who gets fed all the leads and who doesn't. In this way-managers decide who succeeds and who struggles. Some were getting 3-4 a day while others were not getting anything. You have to bring in your own customers and get a network quickly to succeed here. Lot traffic is not enough. The Austin area is saturated with dealerships. This is car sales-there is no work life balance. Plan on about 6 days a month off and working every Saturday.
