Mac gave basic training on how to sell features and benefits, but gave no support or training on how to run a business, which is what was sold when signing up as franchisee. Low percentage approvals for the extended credit program. Extremely high failure rate for new franchise owners. Stay away! They only care about selling YOU a route. They are perfectly happy selling someone else that same route in a year or two when you fail. BTW - I chose to leave after 7 years, my business didn't fail. I was just sick watching good people lose everything.
