Good way to make a lot of contacts as well as become educated on a variety of products. Does not contest unemployment which is inevitability given their business model.

This is really a dollar farm, they try to get away with paying you as little as possible as a means to try and get you to sell more, while also trying to reduce how much you can make in commission as a means to try and help the corporate bottom line. This company does not care about its employees and will fire you if you don't perform well.

Few of the upper management directors understood the current market and willing to adapt with new ideas. I was fortunate to have multiple advancements but still feel great talents were not acknowledged.

All the top executives are still stuck in the 90's sales pitch method and updated training was not available. Most new ideas were shot down due to not fitting in with the veterans way of doing business.
