You will learn so much! MacMunnis team is very intelligent and knowledgeable. You will be very busy sometimes (usually during the second week of each month). It can be difficult to get that work/life balance.

Few and far between. The chance to leave for something better (which is almost anything) was there. A few aspects of the work can be interesting (though not many). The clients were ok for the most part. Evanston can be a decent location if you live on the north shore. Otherwise it is an awful location. Hard to get to and full of aging hippies.

You will hate your life. This company legitimately weighed on my psyche and self esteem. Management insults and disrespects you on a daily basis. The owners are a pair of thick-skulled, bigoted nimwits. Pay is bad. Hours are long. Stress is bountiful. Most of all, the work is extremely boring. If you enjoy reading real estate contracts over and over and over again, while getting shot in the face with rock salt, by all means work at MacMunnis. Otherwise, stay away.
