Sr. Mgt has a 'what have you done (sold) for me lately, as in this week?' mentality that creates a toxic, gotcha environment. - Benefits are noticeably below industry standards - Biggest Issue: no real strategy. Sr. Mgt (CEO / CIO) chase the latest shiny Mac platform integration toy, with no long‑term vision or discipline. Disheartening.
