Hi. Thanks for your nice review and acknowlegement that we care for our people. We do our utmost to thrive for that and it's great if our people experience it personally. Not sure on the bureaucracy, though. I know that we've grown quite a bit and that sometimes creates new roles and processes, where decisions need more alignment.
