No compassion, no empathy - Recensione dipendente - Commercial Manager presso Mace

While working for Mace a close family member was rediagnosed with a serious health condition. Upon informing my line manager of the issue there was little to no concern, and it was clear that the priority was for work to be completed. This complete disregard took it toll to the extend I was signed off work on mental health grounds. During my time of sickness I was not contacted once by anyone from Mace. The only correspondence I received was to be inadvertently copied into an email referencing terminating my contract. I left the business and have had no contact since from anyone associated with the business. I would be very dubious about working for this organisation as they have no care for their employees wellbeing, and work is paramount:
