I am very sorry to hear about your experience, it is disappointing to hear that our intentions and efforts to create a truly inclusive environment are not being felt. Since launching our Diversity & Inclusion Strategy last year, we have made great progress, but we know that there is still more work to be done. Our latest Gender & Ethnicity Pay Gap report has helped to paint a more accurate picture of the diversity of Mace, providing us with areas of focus to continue to make positive change.
