      Gender pay gap is unacceptable for 2022. For females to be considered for promotion, they need to do a lot of extra-curricular activities. If you’re male, you just need to be ‘in’. Unfortunately for me I wasn’t in, so had no one advocating for my development.

It is disappointing to hear that our intentions and efforts to create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels supported and valued were not felt. Since launching our Diversity & Inclusion Strategy in 2020, we have made good progress, but we know that more work is still to be done.       Unsupportive environment: The workplace culture suffers from micromanagement, passive-aggressive communication, and a clear lack of integrity from recently appointed management. Leadership Favoritism: Senior leadership tends to favor newly hired managers, failing to provide equal treatment, fair evaluation, or direct open channels of communication to the rest of the team.
