While we have grown rapidly and at pace, our core values and behaviours that shape our culture remain the same – and we will always strive to create an environment where our people can thrive. Since launching our Diversity & Inclusion Strategy in 2020, we have made good progress, but we know that more work is still to be done. Our Gender & Ethnicity Pay Gap report has provided a more accurate picture of the diversity of Mace and gives us focus areas to continue to make positive change.
