No performance reviews given, not likely to receive a raise

Great feeling of accomplishment with every job performed! Valued greatly by all higher ups, incredible work environment! Pretty descent pay for entry level (14.00) great insurance benefits, fun place to work! Amazing schedule! 7-3:30 mon-fri

Doesn't conduct performance reviews ... If you want a raise you'll have to ask for it after an adequate amount of time worked (1 year) ... BUT... You will most likely receive if you perform exceptional and don't miss much work.
