- bully mentality - rubbish training - sink or swim - drug heavy company events - before considering this company do a LinkedIn search on how many people have left and recommend speaking to some of them. There is a reason why 30+ people leave every year within their first year.

- Great training and support when first starting the job from the team and your manager. Helps you learn stuff very quickly. - Excellent bonus scheme. Having months where you're earning £5K+ within a year of leaving Uni! - Amazing team culture. Basically working with your mates which really helps when you have the up & down days of the job. - Great office space with pool tables, golf simulator, yoga studio. Gives you lots to enjoy on lunch breaks/after work if staying late. - The incentives for the team and "top performers" are amazing. Every month we have meals/activities out in Leeds if we hit target, and the top billers do half-year trips abroad. - They have invested in new technology, including AI CRM system which makes menial tasks autonomous.

- The hours can be long, and you'll face lots of rejection when you first start. You're putting in lots of hard work but if you stick at it, the rewards are definitely worth it.
