There are SO many pros to working at MRS so I will only name a few... the leadership from management is like no other company I’ve ever worked for, they look to promote from within, educates their employees, it is a super happy environment to work in, management sets goals and provides amazing perks to the staff, such a summer Friday’s, a trip to a tropical island if our annual goals are made, and many many more... MRS is more like a family than just an office you go to every day.

I cannot think of any cons to share

Great Workplace Energy with Friendly Open Door Management and Great Company Perks to Boot! Very Stable Hours, great Incentive Programs, team building initiatives and community service. The Management strives to always Promote from Within.

You must be a good team player, this company does not have much tolerance for gossip and bad relations with coworkers.
