Equitable processes, great benefits and a clear culture of excellence, however I think this is nicely balanced with genuine and down to earth people. The firm has a certain prestige about it in the market, but I feel leadership are comfortable in its identity as a leading mid-tier. There is also a strong focus on wellbeing, as well as inclusive practices.
