No clear direction from owners but they will occasionally micromanage. They have no vision for the company. They will change expectations on a whim and will not take any accountability for their failings. Their success was developed on using up their people, not collaborating with them. They have no loyalty to their team and will fire people who have worked with them for years for merely disagreeing with them or offering honest feedback. In short... long hours, repetitive work, low pay, no job security.
