- they either didn't have a clear long term vision or they could not communicate it effectively - small company with limited resources for you to perform and grow in your area (at least in creative fields)

There is opportunity to get involved in other departments to solve challenges to expand digital experience

Can be limited for management progression if that's your direction, nothing unusual for mid size company
