Upper management loves to take something and run with it, despite how much mud it may drag you or the team through. Regionals (some) love to get buddy buddy with select property managers, making it almost impossible to go to them with any issues about your manager. I can only speak for myself, but the last manager would have her drug dealer in the office daily, slept in the model multiple times (without approval) used petty case to buy her lunch and some grocery's claiming it was for the office, and didn't pay her utility bill for months, then I got questioned for it being on DQ. Before the bad manager and a new regional, I loved my job, property, and everyone on the team.
