I did meet some great people here …. Who were not management

I really gave them a chance but sadly learned Unless your on the sales team directly bringing in revenue or C-Suite level, no one will ever care about you and you will never move up. I was bullied by my manager and team, no one ACTUALLY knows the product they sell, not even the product team themselves. Not to mention the CEO is suspicious. Just save your time and don’t bother here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret to hear that your experience at ML has not met your expectations. ML has invested heavily over the last 24 months in our Learning & Development function and providing clarity into career progression opportunities are a key focus for the Company. We pride ourselves in the success we have had in promoting from within. In 2022, 61 team members were promoted & transferred internally which amounted to just over 30% of the team eligible for advancement. Similarly, we have already announced 38 promotions in 2023, which equates to 23% of the team eligible for advancement. Of that group, more than 70% were in non-revenue influencing roles. ML has a documented Advancement & Progression Policy which resides in the company handbooks and is made available internally through various channels. Team members generally are required to have completed 1-year of service in their current role and mastered the responsibilities of that role prior to moving into a new position. We encourage all team members to apply & interview for jobs openings as they are made available, in fact, 69% of new leadership positions opened in 2022 were filled from within. Our L&D team has also worked very closely with our product, marketing, and sales functions to ensure that the feedback we have received on improving product training are addressed in 2023. We now have a robust plan for product rollouts and regular product refreshers to assist our team in understanding our product offerings. If you have additional suggestions on how we can improve in this area, please share them with the L&D team. Instances of bullying or harassment should be formally reported to ensure they are addressed appropriately. Unfortunately, until we are made aware of the specific incidents you are referring to, we are unable address them. To facilitate your ability to give honest feedback, a whistleblower platform is available to all employees to report their concerns anonymously. I was given many opportunities to learn and grow, and felt that my contributions were always working toward a goal larger than myself. We were rewarded/recognized at the beginning. Co-Workers were all amazing as teamwork thrived for our clients. Work-life balance was very good while working remotely.

Clear communication never came from leadership about the state of the company and our growth, or lack thereof. I felt I was pouring spoonfuls of water out of a sinking ship throughout my final year with the company. Hard work became less rewarded/recognized.

Amazing people on the Customer Success and Ad Operations teams that truly want to see the best out of you and watch you succeed. I learned so much from my time here and I’m grateful for that. Solid benefits and PTO plan.

The company is not at all what it used to be. Leadership has no idea what the crux of the issues we face are and instead micromanage us constantly. It’s less about the quality of the work and more about getting dollars in to temporarily keep us afloat. Constant product issues make it difficult to get work done and there is no clear value proposition anymore. Layoffs are now a norm here, including quietly laying off team members throughout the year.
