Great CEO. Great concept and product.

No work life balance, very challenging leadership above DM level, GM’s and colorists are one of the hardest working in the industry and get no accolades. Impossible budgets, too fast of growth- no planning at Executive level, and challenging to work with other field leaders.

You gain corporate knowledge, and have the chance to learn new things.

They mis classify you, so your deductions are higher. They raise your monthly goals based on one good month and it’s never enough, with what you bring. Ignore rules for some, don’t share information with their regionals like asked. Yet, you get treated like garbage if you speak to anyone outside your DM. And, acts like dm is in your corner yet failed to handle a problem employee for a very long time. With plenty of evidence. It affects their bonus!! They don’t care as long as they are producing.
