Ignore rules for some, don’t share information with their regionals like asked. Yet, you get treated like garbage if you speak to anyone outside your DM. And, acts like dm is in your corner yet failed to handle a problem employee for a very long time. With plenty of evidence. It affects their bonus!! They don’t care as long as they are producing.
