Total absence of training and the expertise is often improvised. Every engineer is overloaded and teams are not organized, confused with no leadership. The combination of these aspects makes the job very stressing and frustrating. The CEO is moody and often act rude with inappropriate comments. This leads to an environment where bad manners and arrogance are tolerated. The lack of esteem towards some employer leaks from the managers. Weak employers are abandoned rather than encouraged by their manager. Fixed working time with no flexibility. The growth of the employers is not led with clear goals. No perspectives in the long term.
