Training period is supposedly 2 - 4 weeks, but has been reduced to a 40-minute video explaining the history of the company. Given that the programs used and the job itself are quite unique, one would hope that something would be explained to them. >Superiors offer hardly any guidance to the employees yet expect you to know everything right away.
