MagicEars has so many good qualities that I have witnessed since joining the company in September 2017. I am grateful for this opportunity to teach as a second career in my mid-30s. The pay is good, the staff is flexible and the children are teachable. The students have the ability and the desire to learn. The biggest pro as a Teacher is seeing the world through the children 's eyes. I learn as much from them as they do from me and that is the biggest reward of this position.

Pay is pretty good if you can commit to enough hours to earn bonuses

hours are Beijing time, so very early morning in the US
They have switched to homeroom classes, so you can't just open your schedule on days you are available and get scheduled, which was what made this attractive before as a filler for when other jobs weren't as active
