There is no real training and there is no direct number to your employer at your site. I worked there for about a month, then had to have surgery for a pre-existing condition. I notified my manager via the app. I did not know how long I was gonna be out and after 2 weeks or so they ended my employment which is cool. However, they failed to provide my separation notice and the corporate Florida office " (blank blank)" is a very rude what's the word??? .. She doesn't know her job or how to convey information to people. I have been waiting on my separation notice for 8 days now and in my email to her I advised her that it is time sensitive. She never once told me that someone in the Denver office handles that information. She refused to give me there name and number and when I asked for her supervisors name and number she refused to give that as well. Stating that she will cc them on her email communication to Denver. She also hung up on me because she said that I was yelling. I was not but I was very very upset. Because of there failure to provide a simple document my ability to provide for my children is being affected. How hard is it to provide a separation notice? I bet Magic Memories will not even see this.... Dang gone shame. But I will be calling EVERYONE on there contact list till I get what I need. EVERYONE.

I’m sorry to hear that your separation paper was not promptly provided to you, however I have followed up and I have been reassured that this matter was resolved several weeks ago. I completely understand how frustrated you were, and I would certainly be frustrated as well if I had been in your situation. However, your use of profanity and yelling at the employee who was trying to help resolve the matter, was not appreciated. The People & Culture team is committed to providing great customer service to all employees- current and past. I do not, however, expect our team members to be subjected to verbal abuse and profanity. I wish you the best of luck at your next professional endeavor.
