Salary: All the employees are seriously underpaid. The average salary of the firm is 16-22k. Anyone getting more than that, they feel they are overpaying and expect them to do wonders. Guess what they do with all the money they save? Go on lavish trips every week in the name of "Business trips" in 5 star hotels. Each trip costs about 50-100k. You can calculate for yourself. Reality: They lie to everyone. False hopes of how great the company is, lie to the clients about the connections with people who don't even know them personally. If you join, be prepared to bear the rage of these clients who have paid enormous money with no results. Passive aggressive directors who target people and make their lives miserable. When you talk about work stress they say "It is common in big organizations" When you ask for compensations and benefits "We are not a big organization"
