No one sticks around more than that. - low acceptance of ideas from new employees - micromanagement - more like school - escalations are highlighted in every way possible and appreciations are pushed aside. - clients are also given false hopes - absolutely no team building activities or social events for employees. - employees are always under tremendous pressure.
