Oversmart management and making/talking castles in the air. Sales team worse. Always blaming other team and talk like only sales team works in company. Management takes projects without feasibility and pressuring on team. Visions are keep changing every year. No retention. Team keeps changing every 1-2 years. No financial growth for team. Recently layoffs core team due to project failures.
