      Profit sharing is nice and I remember the trainings are good

      Upper management is so old and out of touch, Tellers bust their butt for the pay they get. Lead tellers often slack/ are favorited by the branch manager. The vibe I got is that it takes 2-5 years to advance from a teller to even earn a decent wage.

      Work from home environment for back office staff promotes a great work life balance.

      There is no accountability at any level of the organization and they openly admit to paying below market value. Incredibly inefficient and always looking for "gotcha" moments to gain an advantage amongst the staff. As a not for profit Credit Union, Senior Management seems to only care about the "For Profit" decisions.
