- Small, respectful, effective team. - No two days are ever alike. There are intricate and extremely varied projects to manage. - Each employee has the freedom to perform his/her duties in a manner that he/she deems most effective - very little micro-managing - Each employee's opinions deeply matter, and are considered when scoping out a project. - Salary, vacation time, and benefits are certainly competitive

- Sometimes, after-hours work is necessary in order to provide the best customer service - In my opinion, employees could be afforded the opportunity to work from home a bit more often. The team is trustworthy and would benefit from the opportunity.

- Everyone has been with the company for many years so they know the technology very well - Flexible hours; can work from home - Transparent management - Doesn't feel like there's a hierarchy - manager is on the same level as everyone - Everyone is polite and welcoming - Office is close to the highway - One on one interaction with customers - Manager brings in dessert every Friday to share with team - Many responsibilities are shared amongst team - Occasional parties and group lunches

- Small office; this is cozy for some but maybe restricting for others - Very little room for career growth as everyone already has established roles and responsibilities - Many tasks are pushed on team by head office
