No benefits are added to your pay. And there are no free holidays, doesn't matter where you are from. The company culture is not very nice. I don't find it very friendly with non-normative people. And if you found yourself here, your career will be stuck in the same project and the same role for a long time. Some employees make racial comments during meetings (so be prepared for that and for HR to do nothing about it, or for even HR make a comment of this kind), this is a neither inclusive nor diverse company.
