Management has no trust in the abilities of employees. no appreciation shown. received nothing but negative feedback even when doing exactly what was asked. you do more your screwed, you do less yours screwed. some managers will never be satisfied. you are required to be on call 24/7 even on the weekend. goals are unclear, job is unclear, expectations are unclear and the entire system seems to be faltering. they need to better respect their employees and appreciate a job well done.
