Mail Shark is a rapidly growing company because it cares about its employees just as much as it cares for its clients. The entire Management team has expert knowledge and experience in the roles of the employees they manage. The Owner and President knows the names of every single employee, which says a lot considering our employee count is over 70 now. The pay is great, your health benefits start on the 1st of the month after you start, and your vacation/PTO start immediately. Great company to work for!

While this is a great company, the rapid growth presents a few growing pains. One of which is time, time for things like training. The management team has a lot on their plates and things like continued training tend to fall to the way side. This is not a huge Con because the company will adjust at some point. In the interim it can be a little frustrating.
