Management is awful. at least at the Lewisville location. Being an employee that was there for 6 years and was trained in EVERY department I have seen the location go downhill. Management used to be awesome and care about their employees and unfortunately it never got better. The best manager we had got transferred to a different location. The current management team is awful. Expect to not have them follow your availability and for your 7 hour shift to turn into 10-12 hours more often than not.

Low to Moderate Pay Event staff and coordinators often make minimum wage or slightly above unless in a managerial role. Pay may not match the level of effort or hours worked, especially on weekends/holidays. Limited Career Advancement Without Moving Roles Advancement can be slow unless you transition into management or corporate office positions. Event experience may not directly translate into higher-level roles outside entertainment if not framed properly on a resume. Inconsistent Hours Busy seasons may require long shifts; off-season can mean fewer hours. Scheduling may not be predictable.
