Great scheduling system, plenty of hours, flexible schedule, hard work,

Svantaggi

Too many employees not doing their job which means it gets put all on one or two people. Not willing to cross train in certain departments because they don't think you're capable so you have to do it on your own. They yell at you when you're busy doing something you're supposed to be doing because you should be doing more(they want you in more than one place).
